All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
3. Service Areas
We provide services in Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Florence, and surrounding areas in Arizona. Service availability may vary by location.
4. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time
- Final pricing may vary based on actual work required
- Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours work, or unforeseen complications
- Payment terms will be provided with each estimate or invoice
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Service appointments are subject to availability
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

- Calling us at our main office number
- Emailing us with your opt-out request
- Updating your preferences through our website
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease sending text messages within 48 hours.

- JLM Electric’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Safety and Compliance
- All work will be performed in compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes
- Customers must provide safe access to work areas
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist
- Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JLM Electric and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JLM Electric, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
